We pride ourselves on our swift service. You can expect a turnaround time of 24 hours for your media delivery. Once your order is placed and confirmed, our team works diligently to ensure your media reaches you promptly within this timeframe.

Yes, we are Part 107 certified and insured, and we follow the guidelines set by the FAA. Some areas may not permit drone use, and others may require FAA clearance before the photoshoot. If we are unable to fly a drone in your area, we will refund the full amount.
 
No, as long as we have full access to the property via a lockbox, or access code, you don’t need to be on-site. However, we recommend that the agent be present to ensure we capture the specific shots you want. If the agent is not available, the photographer’s interpretation will be considered acceptable.
 
In South Florida, weather can be unpredictable, particularly during the summer months. If there is heavy rain or a tropical storm/hurricane, the photographer will decide whether the photoshoot needs to be rescheduled. For overcast skies, we offer free sky replacements in our photos, ensuring that your images look vibrant and appealing regardless of the weather conditions.
 
Generally, a photoshoot takes about an hour for every 3,000 square feet of property. Virtual tours typically require an hour for every 2,500 square feet. Video shoots also usually take about an hour for every 3,000 square feet. This ensures that each area of the property is thoroughly captured, whether for photos, virtual tours, or videos.
 

Our rates are higher for Airbnb and VRBO photography because these types of listings require a specialized approach. Short-term rentals often need more lifestyle and detail-oriented shots to effectively showcase the property’s amenities and atmosphere. This requires the photographer to spend additional time capturing and editing the images to ensure they look as appealing as possible.
